The NitroScope project was presented at the 31st AGROTICA Expo 2026, one of the leading agricultural exhibitions in Southeast Europe, held at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Center in Greece. The project was represented by Zafeiro Vaxevanidou from ena Development Consultants, the partner responsible for communication and dissemination activities within NitroScope.
Over the four-day exhibition, the ena Development Consultants booth served as a dynamic meeting point for farmers, businesses, and stakeholders across the agri-food sector. The presence of NitroScope within this environment provided an opportunity to present the project’s objectives and exchange insights with a wide audience actively engaged in agricultural innovation.
Discussions focused on key topics shaping the future of the sector, including:
- Digital transformation and the adoption of technological solutions in agriculture
- Sustainable farming practices and environmental challenges
- Business development and investment opportunities in the primary sector
- The role of European projects in supporting innovation and knowledge transfer

Positioning NitroScope within European Innovation
NitroScope was presented alongside other European initiatives, highlighting its role in advancing nitrogen management and supporting more sustainable agricultural systems. The project attracted interest from stakeholders seeking solutions to improve efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and adopt data-driven approaches in farming.
Participation in AGROTICA Expo also reinforced the importance of connecting research and innovation projects with end-users, ensuring that scientific developments are translated into practical applications.
AGROTICA Expo provided a valuable platform for networking, enabling direct interaction with producers, industry representatives, and other stakeholders. These exchanges contribute to a better understanding of real-world challenges and support the alignment of NitroScope’s activities with the needs of the agricultural sector.
