ena Development Consultants is a dynamic SME with over a decade of expertise in the agrifood sector and rural development. The organization specializes in communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities for EU-funded projects, fostering innovation and collaboration across sectors. As the manager of the Democritus University Business Incubator, ena plays a pivotal role in nurturing entrepreneurial initiatives and supporting the Regional Startup Ecosystem. Their impactful work has directly benefited over 5,500 farmers, enterprises, individuals, and organizations, advancing sustainable practices and economic growth in the region.
Role in the project
ena Development Consultants leads WP7 (Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation) in NitroScope, ensuring the effective visibility, uptake and long-term impact of project results. ena is responsible for developing and implementing the communication and dissemination strategy, managing the project’s visual identity and digital presence, and coordinating outreach activities across European and international audiences.
In addition, ena leads the project’s exploitation and sustainability planning, supporting the translation of scientific outputs into usable tools, policy recommendations and market-relevant solutions. ena also plays a central role in stakeholder engagement, fostering links with EU initiatives, networks and policymakers, particularly in alignment with the EU Soil Mission and the Soil Deal for Europe, to maximise NitroScope’s impact beyond the project lifetime.
